Updating Your Information

To update any of the following information, please log into Employee Access Center from within the Conroe ISD network:

  • Address/Phone Number/Personal Email Address
  • Emergency Contact
  • Banking/Direct Deposit
  • W-2 and 1095-C Method of Receipt
  • W-4 Number of Exemptions

If your name has changed, please provide your new Social Security card to the Human Resources Department with a completed Name Change Form.

Important Employee Information

Original documents must be kept in the personnel files of active employees. If you would like copies of documents in your personnel file, please complete the credential request form and submit it as directed on the form. If you are leaving the District or are no longer working for the District, you may request your original documents from your personnel file using the same credential request form.

General Information

  • Issued to new employees at New Hire Orientation in HR
  • Must be worn at all times on district property
  • Employees with name, position, or campus/department changes will be issued a replacement badge
  • Contact HR for more information

Caring for Your ID Badge

  • Do not punch holes in your ID badge (Do not attach service pins or Conroe ISD pins if it requires the pin to be pushed through the badge)
  • Avoid abnormal wear and tear, such as:
    • Using the badge for something other than what it was intended
    • Exposing badge to electrostatic discharge or extreme magnetic fields
    • Bending, twisting, sitting on, or crimping the badge

Replacement Badges

  • Please complete the Badge Replacement Request form located in the SSO, inside of the Employee Portal.

  • Replacement badges are created twice a week and sent to the campus principal or department supervisor through interoffice mail
  • Return your old or damaged badge to your principal/department

Dissemination of Required Information:

Please submit an official transcript, indicating the degree conferred and the date awarded, to Claire Amos in the Human Resources Department. Electronic official transcripts may be sent directly from the university to hrnewhiredocs@conroeisd.net

If you are resigning or retiring from Conroe ISD, you will need to complete and submit an E-Separation Form, which can be found on the SSO under E-Separation Employees. Please note that your last day worked is the last day of employment with Conroe ISD. Refer to the Employment Separation Information Guidepdf for assistance and important information as you conclude your employment with the District.

Any requests for changes on an E-Separation Form to the last day worked or to the reason for resigning your position must go through your principal/department director.

Please remember to print or save any documents within Employee Access Center, Conroe ISD email, u:drive, Eduphoria (evaluations, professional development portfolio, etc.) before the last day worked entered on your E-Separation Form. After your last day worked, you will no longer be able to access any electronic accounts you have with Conroe ISD. To obtain documents in Eduphoria after your last day worked, you will need to submit a Credential/Records Request Formpdf.

After your supervisor signs your E-Separation Form, you will receive a detailed email with a lot of very important information, such as when you will receive your final paycheck and when your benefits will end. Please take the time to read through this email.

The Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) is the Commissioner recommended teacher evaluation system for the state of Texas starting in the 2016-17 school year. T-TESS will replace the previously Commissioner recommended evaluation system, the Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS).

All teachers in Conroe ISD will receive T-TESS Orientation from their campus administrators. However, if you would like to learn more information on the T-TESS instrument and appraisal process, please log into the T-TESS for Teachers Canvas Course, where you will find a wealth of information and resources. Additionally, the T-TESS for Teachers Canvas Course provides you with the opportunity to submit questions you may still have after reviewing the course.
