Let me start off by stating that Hampton Bays has great restaurants that attract people from all over the Hamptons. It also has a large number of waterfront restaurants some of which provide spectacular sunsets. I will continue to update this list as I dine at new restaurants in Hampton Bays.

Cowfish has one of the most spectacular views of Shinneco*ck Bay from the inside dining room and its vast outdoor space. The menu features interesting twists on traditional coastal cuisine. Grab a drink at the outdoor bar or upstairs bar while enjoying the sunset and then grab a table in their beautiful dining room. You can also take the Tiki Shuttle boat to Rumba. The sister restaurant to Cowfish, Rumba is a special dining spot serving up a unique combination of Island-inspired food, premium handcrafted libations, happy staffers, and a low-key vibe.
